Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched or entered production. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. If your item has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns (if applicable)
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. The product must remain unused, in its original state, and include all packaging materials. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to proceed. Please refrain from returning the item directly to the manufacturer.
Shipping costs will only be charged once per order, including any returns. Consumers will not be subject to restocking fees.
Refunds (if applicable)
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email regarding the receipt and outcome. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t seen your refund, we recommend checking your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card provider as the posting of a refund can take time.
